Solar Floor Standing Battery: How LFP.6144.W Powers a Seamless Residential Energy System

In a recent residential project, a Renewable Energy Technician deployed six units of the MENRED ESS LFP.6144.W floor standing battery alongside two Deye inverters. This configuration forms a complete solar energy system designed for consistent power delivery.

 

The LFP.6144.W is engineered for ground-level installation, featuring a compact footprint of 600x440x210mm and a weight of 65kg. Its 6.144kWh energy capacity and 51.2Vdc nominal voltage ensure compatibility with common 48V inverter systems. The unit supports up to 120A continuous charge and discharge current, allowing it to handle high-power loads efficiently.

 

For this setup, the six batteries were connected in parallel to provide a total usable capacity of 34.98kWh, sufficient to support daily household consumption and extend backup duration during grid outages. The system integrates seamlessly with the Deye inverters through standard communication protocols, enabling automated energy management without additional controllers.

 

This installation demonstrates the practical application of a floor-standing battery in a real-world scenario, offering homeowners a stable, scalable, and space-efficient energy storage solution.
